It is not about having a strategy for sustainability, but it is about having a SUSTAINABLE STRATEGY.

As any strategy, a sustainable strategy has objectives and looks for outcomes, which are attained by leveraging business opportunities at the same time the provides us the opportunity to transform ourselves.

The cornerstone of a sustainable strategy is value. And not necessarily that value we think we deliver, but more importantly; the one that is tangible, perceived and experienced by the customers we serve.

It has four dimensions, and begins with us:

  1. The value CAPTURED – As an organization, within the ecosystem in which we exist.
  2. The value CREATED – By transforming the value we have captured. Where a key component is our people, and that is why our people’s experience is so important.
  3. The value DELIVERED – Where the importance is not the product or service, but the value it delivers. Where usage generates value, where growth is decoupled from resource usage, and where solutions are powered with sustainable technologies.
  4. The value EXPERIENCED – By those who uses the solution, by those whose lives we are making easier as they use the provided solution. That unique customer experience that will help our customers to achieve their business goals in a sustainable manner.


Our approach to a sustainable strategy begins with making sure our people enjoy a great employee experience while working in our organization, they are the ones who do the job and make everything possible; and ends with the value and the experience we deliver to our customers, that customer experience that guarantees retention, expansion and attraction of new customers. These is where revenues and profit come from. This is what will keep our organization operational in time, in a sustainable manner. We might consider EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE (EX) and CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE (CX) as the drivers of our organization.

The accomplishment of a great EX and CX requires a great LEADERSHIP, and a STRATEGY that everyone understand and that can be executed as planned. The right LEADERSHIP and STRATEGY are the backbone of execution, this is what will make the plan to become a reality.

Nowadays everything is changing faster and in ways that some times we cannot understand and at a very difficult to follow pace. We need to accelerate our pace to be up to date and AGILITY and INNOVATION are the accelerators we need.

When an organization is EMPOWERED to accomplish a great EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE and CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE will be able to FULFILL its purpose. However, to do it in a sustainable manner it requires to have the right LEADERSHIP and STRATEGY. To keep up to speed and why not to be ahead in the game and THRIVE, it is necessary to accelerate BY being AGILE and INNOVATIVE.
